Matt Copus has spent more than 25 years turning customer and location data into commercial advantage for retail property owners, investors, developers and retailers.

His career spans Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe, with work across acquisitions, leasing, development, portfolio strategy, marketing, customer analytics and town-centre revitalisation.

Matt’s work sits where strategy, data and property decisions meet: identifying which assets have upside, which do not, which tenants can move the needle, and how to explain the opportunity clearly enough for investment and leasing teams to act.

He has helped world-leading retailers select sites and optimise networks, advised property funds on rents and tenant opportunities, and helped owners and governments understand how people use places in the real world.

At Loculyze, Matt leads product direction, client strategy and the translation of complex evidence into direct, commercial recommendations.
